If your academy earns nothing, you owe us nothing. We only do well when you do.

What you cover yourself

We’re upfront about this too. Running your academy has normal costs that are yours to manage:

  • Venue hire
  • Public liability insurance
  • Enhanced DBS checks for you and your team
  • Camera, sound and lighting equipment
  • Any tutors or assistants you choose to employ

You keep 90% of your income before these costs, which means you decide how lean or ambitious to be.

Who it’s for

You don’t need a film industry background. You do need to be reliable, good with young people and serious about running a safe, well-organised academy. We’ll support you on the craft. You bring the commitment.

Because we work with young people, every franchisee goes through our approval process, including:

  • Safeguarding training
